WHAT CAN IEMT HELP

NEGATIVE FEELINGS - ANXIETY -  PHOBIAS -  PTSD - PAINFUL PATTERNS

Are you struggling with strong negative emotions of worry or anger? Is anxiety taking over and controlling your life?  Do you keep revisiting past negative events and feel anger, guilt, shame fear or panic?  Are these feelings getting in the way of living a happy life? Are anxious feelings stopping you from moving forward and participating in life the way you would like?

IEMT is an eye movement process that generates rapid change in the area of undesired negative emotions and

identity imprints (how we see our self).  

The process answers the question, "How did I Iearn to feel the way I feel about this thing that troubles me?"  

By building resources inside the problem state, IEMT brings the client more into the present and enables them to stay out of past negative experiences and feeling.

Unlike other processes involving eye movements, IEMT eye movements are neither random nor simply a repetitive left and right movement in the hope that change will occur. The practitioner precisely calibrates which axis through which to move the eyes enabling change to occur with precision and at a remarkable speed.

THE BEST THING IS - IT CAN BE DONE CONTENT FREE. 

That means the client doesn't have to reveal anything they don't want to about the problem or situation

Part of the structure of the  IEMT process is challenging the 5 Basic Patterns of Chronicity.  By challenging the clients patterns of chronicity, removing negative feelings and updating their identity imprints (how we see ourself), change is brought about rapidly.

IEMT is a very useful technique and provides a fantastic resource for emotional change and a generative tool for identity change. IEMT enables excellent results where previously other methods may not have worked.
